In my vague and fuzzy brain-fogged memory, I remember reading an interview in which someone said their chronic illness was a gift. I don’t remember where I read it because brain fog.
I don’t want to insult anyone’s coping mechanism, but I can’t really get with thinking of chronic illness as a gift, even though I am trying to be more positive and less Debbie Downer in 2020.
Here’s the thing: if it’s a gift, we can send it back, right? I hope people who do a lot of online shopping will relate to these.
I’ve never done a story comic, so that’s why it has two endings. Please vote for the ending that you like better.
Version 1:
Version 2:
Story comics are a new form that I am trying and I need to work on them more.
I wish everyone a low-pain day or even better, a no-pain day! And I hope you all have lots of spoons today! 💚💚💚
Most spoonfully,
Vicki
I vote no 2. We’ve all had those brain fog moments, and definitely wish I could return my chronic illness.

I’m a little partial to 2.
I understand saying-I’m glad I met so and so or, That I was able to better appreciate X……but, I might return the “gift” and pay the return shipping and restocking fees.

Haha I totally wouldn’t mind paying the restocking fees as long as they take it back! Not really sure to send it but maybe I will know after I read “Bitten.”

Lol you did it again, very good one. I like both but maybe more#1 because we usually have to try so many unconventional methods or “treatments” so for once it’s not oil of X or a binaural whatever bowl to align chakras that’s being offered but a good old USPS post office.

Hey you! I think you have to put me in your address book or put WordPress in your address book. Whatever the address that is sending it…
